Ordering Online

Is your web site secure?

Paying with your credit card when shopping with Pacific Dental Repair is guaranteed to be safe and secure.

We make sure all of our internet transactions are conducted securely and safely. At PDR, our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard for securing credit card transactions for online shopping.

This state of the art security software is the same that is being used by all the major online shopping sites around the world. Here at PDR, we make sure your transactions stay between you and our company so you can buy with confidence and peace of mind.

Ordering By Phone

When you place an order by phone, you will receive an email with a receipt if paid over the phone or asking for payment according to your account status. For our customers with accounts, you may pay via and credit or bank card, PayPal, free bank transfers, or by mailing us check(which has to clear before any orders are shipped). Some accounts may have a pre-approved credit, pay over time agreement. If you would like to apply for an open account, please contact us for further information.

Payment Options

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or Paypal as forms of payment for our products and services. 

We also have payment plans available.

At PDR, we charge your card once product availability confirmed and ready to be shipped and only after authorization has been cleared

We do get an authorization on your card at the time of your order for the full amount of your order. Please note that this may appear temporarily as a charge on your account statement, but normally goes away within 24-48 hours because it is an authorization only.



Online Order & Shipment Status

After you place an order with PDR, you will receive an email with order confirmation. When your order ships out, you will receive another email with your order's tracking information (Only if shipping option allows for a tracking number.)



 

Free Handpiece Repair Shipping 

Our free handpiece shipping labels allows you to place a free USPS First Class(1-3 business days) shipping label with insurance on a small padded envelope or small shipping box(non-priority, non-express shipping box please) with up to 16 OZ of handpieces inside. 

We also provide free return shipping for handpiece repairs, usually via USPS Priority mail.

Where Do You Ship To?

We can ship our products across the United States and internationally. U.S. domestic shipments include Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Canada, Mexico, and the rest of central and South America is considered an international shipment.

Shipment Delivery Time

PDR is not responsible for shipping delays that are a result of payment issues or delays, product availability delays, or late incoming order changes. USPS, UPS, Fed-Ex, or other shipping companies are responsible for their delays after any shipment has left our facility. Any shipping cost refunds and/or insurance claims should be directed to the appropriate shipping company.

Returns & Refunds

Returns

We want you to be satisfied when you order with PDR! With some exceptions (see below), if you are not happy with your order, notify us within 10 business days to obtain a return authorization number by calling PDR at 971-230-4128.

You may also return it within 30 days of your receipt of merchandise for a refund of the purchase price less shipping fees plus a 20% re-stocking fee. We do, however, require that you pay to ship the item back to us, and any shipping fees originally paid on your order are non-refundable.

These are the PDR stipulations for returned items:

  • Products must be returned to PDR in their original condition and packaging complete with all tags, instructions, and inserts. Torn up product containers with be deducted from the return amount. REMEMBER!! Handpieces are not returnable once the OEM seal is broken or the handpiece has been used. Be sure you are ordering exactly what you want and need!

  • No returns on special order items.

  • We cannot accept returns on products that have been customized (color, finish, dimensions, upholstery, etc.).

  • All returns and exchanges are subject to PDR's Terms of Use.

Please contact us in order to receive complete instructions BEFORE returning any goods.  Once we receive your return, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.

Exchanges

At PDR, we do accept exchanges. You are welcome to exchange an item by returning it to us and placing a new order for the item(s) that you would like in place of your original order. For an exchange policy, the item and item's packaging must be in the OEM manufacturer's sealed and/or resealable packaging and must be in brand new, unused condition and must be within 30 days from the date of invoice.
