In combination with an anti-retraction valve, this wear-resistant mechanism prevents oral fluids and other organisms from infiltrating the instrument's head, water lines, and treatment unit. This obviates the risk of patient cross-contamination and noticeably prolongs the ball bearings' lifespan.

• Bien Air's Manufacturer/Importer warranty of 2 Years as applicable for this product along with an extended warranty from Bien Air can make that a 3 year warranty.
• Service and Warranty are handled by Bien Air, the manufacturer/importer directly for this product
• Pacific Dental Repair will not be liable to replace the Products and the liability to replace any such Product is that of the OEM Manufacturer/Importer
• Pacific Dental Repair and the Purchaser acknowledge that the Products purchased/used are a subject matter of original OEM Manufacturer/Importer’s warranties only and NOT of Pacific Dental Repair
• Any or all claims in relation to returns, replacement, or warranties shall be made to the concerned OEM Manufacturer/Importer only. However, Pacific Dental Repair may assist the customer in registering a request to get the Product replaced, returned, or serviced. 
• The Buyer acknowledges that the Products once sold will not be exchanged or taken back unless the seal of the package or the Product is intact or not altered in any manner or is not tampered norhas the item been used in anyway as the case may be.
